• Video Shoot Travel Expenses:
  • Travel expenses for video shoots will be charged based on the distance between locations.
  • Clients are responsible for covering travel, accommodation, and food expenses associated with the shoot.
  • Any special travel requirements or accommodations should be communicated in advance.
• Editing Terms:
  • Note: Sufficient time must be provided to the Cinematographer for optimal results during the editing process.
  • The pricing outlined above does not include promotional services.
  • Clients are encouraged to provide specific editing preferences and challenges anticipated during the project.
  • Revisions and adjustments will be accommodated as per the agreed-upon terms.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling:
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of the video shoot may incur additional charges.
  • Clients are required to provide advance notice for any changes to the shooting schedule.
• Equipment and Property:
  • Clients are responsible for the safety and security of any equipment or property provided during the shoot.
  • Any damages to equipment or property caused by the client will be the client’s responsibility.
• Usage Rights:
  • The client agrees that the final edited videos may be used by the videographer for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
  • Usage rights and ownership of the final edited videos will be outlined in the agreement.
• Payment Terms:
  • A deposit may be required to secure services, with the balance due upon completion of the project.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
• Client Cooperation:
  • Clients are expected to cooperate during the shoot and editing process to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Timely provision of necessary information and feedback is crucial for meeting deadlines.
• Force Majeure:
  • Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, such as acts of nature, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
• Confidentiality:
  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
• Dispute Resolution:
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation and mediation before pursuing legal action.
