Payment Guidelines:
- A booking amount of 40% is required to secure your event date.
- The second payment, constituting the remaining 40% of the total package cost, must be settled one or two week before the scheduled shoot date.
- The final payment of 20% is due during the dispatch of the Album.
Travel and Accommodation Policies:
- Accommodation arrangements near the venue are to be managed by your team.
- Client responsible for covering travel expenses to the designated shoot location.
Delivery Expectations:
- High-resolution JPEG images will be provided.
- Expect the delivery of edited pictures within varying timeframes – 40 to 45 days for photographs and 50 to 60 days for videos, contingent on seasonal demand.
Copyright Conditions:
- Selected images may be utilized for promotional purposes on the R Filmmakers website and social media platforms. The exclusive copyright to all photographs is owned by R Filmmakers. No commercial utilization or sale of the photographs will occur. Opting for a non-display preference does not incur additional charges but may affect the timely delivery of the final product.
Cancellation Terms:
- In the rare event that R Filmmakers must cancel the appointment, the booking amount will be promptly refunded. If cancellation occurs within the 60-day period preceding the event, the booking amount becomes non-refundable. However, the booking amount is fully refundable if cancellation is communicated 60 days or more before the scheduled event.
Additional Considerations:
- While all equipment is electronically insured, R Filmmakers cannot be held responsible for potential future data loss.
- Timely selection of images for albums included in the package is encouraged within three months post the delivery of soft copies. Any delay may affect the overall timeline for the final product, impacting your anticipated schedule.
