Terms and Conditions

Booking:

1. A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure our photography and videography services for your event.
2. The remaining balance is due upon the submission of the edited video.

Full Day Event Coverage (10 AM – 10 PM):

1. A 5-6 minute edited video capturing the full essence of the day will be provided.
2. Traditional video editing with a focus on formal coverage.
3. A selection of photos suitable for online posting will be included.

Half Day Event Coverage (6 Hours):

1. A 3-4 minute edited video capturing the highlights of the event will be provided.
2. Both candid and traditional video editing approaches for comprehensive coverage.
3. A set of photos suitable for online posting will be included.

Food and Transport Travel Expenses:

1. The client is responsible for covering the food expenses of the photography and videography team during the event.
2. Additionally, the client is required to cover any transportation or travel-related expenses incurred by the team.
3. If the event location is outside a specified radius, travel expenses will be communicated and agreed upon in advance, with receipts provided upon request.

General Terms:

1. The client is responsible for providing necessary access and permissions for the event location.
2. Any additional hours beyond the agreed coverage will be subject to additional charges.
3. The client grants R STUDiiOS the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. The 40% booking deposit is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will result in the full payment being due.

Delivery Timeline:

1. The edited video and photos will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks after the event.

Client Responsibilities:

1. The client is responsible for providing a detailed schedule of the event.
2. Cooperation with the photographer and videographer to ensure a smooth coverage process.

Expense Reimbursement:

1. The client agrees to reimburse any food and travel expenses promptly, within 10 days of receiving an invoice from R STUDiiOS.
